What’s up guys! My name is myles. I’m only 20 and I’m from west melbourne, FL. I’m a Instagram fitness influencer / YouTuber that has been in the fitness game for almost 4 years now. I have gained my knowledge over the years through countless hours of studying, personal research, YouTube videos, and experience in the gym. I started out this journey all because I didn’t make my high school basketball team and wanted to improve myself. The next day I bought a bench set for my garage and I started doing athletic workouts and training 10x harder.
