What’s up guys! My name is myles. I’m only 20 and I’m from west melbourne, FL. I’m a Instagram fitness influencer / YouTuber that has been in the fitness game for almost 4 years now. I have gained my knowledge over the years through countless hours of studying, personal research, YouTube videos, and experience in the gym. I started out this journey all because I didn’t make my high school basketball team and wanted to improve myself. The next day I bought a bench set for my garage and I started doing athletic workouts and training 10x harder. Frequently asked questions

Will doing these help me get shredded?
No. To get shredded to see your abs in the first place you need to be at a lower body fat. If you need help calculating calories check out my calories section!
Is there a point in hitting abs?
Yes and no. They will only be shown at a low body fat, but if they still don’t pop out then you can build them up with these exercises.
