    About Mykey Dy

    Online Fitness Trainer

    Mykey’s passion for fitness started at age 11. From bodyweight movements like push-ups & squats to curling, rowing and pressing canned food, there wasn’t anything in the way from him getting a workout in. Once he was able to attend a gym it was all training from there. Fast forward to age 21, he completed school and obtained my health & fitness degree and began personal training. With roughly 8-10 years of consistent training, he competed in his first natural bodybuilding show at age 22. Since then he’s progressed in fitness knowledge, always learning and applying various techniques and methods. Transitioning back over to bodyweight training and skill work movements in terms of handstands & front levers in 2019. It has been his passion to pursue body control and mastery. In 2021, he signed up for TikTok and started posted his workouts. He built up a decent following and still growing strong. With simple straight to point training. Expressing to others that they should move any way possible. “Mykey is to inspire you to move.” To build a body, all we need is our body.
