From one mama to another, I am so happy you’re here! My fitness journey has been broad. I’ve dipped my toes in a little of everything from physique competitions to marathons, triathlon, half Ironman and everything in between - it’s safe to say I have a passion for moving my body!
I became a personal trainer 6 years ago and have loved helping and supporting others to reach their goals. Two years ago with the pregnancy and birth of my first baby, I knew I wanted to take my education a step farther. I became certified and a pre/postnatal fitness specialist to be able to safely help mamas and mamas to be stay active and have healthy pregnancies and postpartum journeys.
Helping others move their bodies, feel strong and confident or help hold them accountable is something I strive to do day in and day out.
My goal with these programs is to help the pregnant mama feel supported, help the postpartum mama feel like she has a place to safely start and help every woman feel confident and empowered.
From strength training to 20 min HIIT workouts there is a little of everything in these programs!
