Do I need to purchase equipment? Yes! But you won't need much. This program can be done with dumbbells only. I would recommend a light pair for upper body and heavy pair for lower body if possible. You may also want to have a yoga mat and a few resistance bands on hand!
How long are the workouts? While workout duration can vary person to person, these workouts can be done in around 30 minutes! Quick, effective and will keep you working hard!
Can I do this program pregnant? Absolutely! As with any exercise program during pregnancy, also check in with your healthcare provider to make sure that exercise is safe and advised for you individually. Your health and safety is my ultimate priority!
What if I have to miss a day? Life happens! If you need to reroute your schedule for the week feel free to do what fits your schedule. The breakdown is 4 strength days, 1 cardio day, 1 active rest day and 1 full rest day.
