This program is designed to help you navigate those early postpartum days. Slow, intentional exercises and movements to help you properly engage and reconnect your core, learn deep breathing techniques that fluidly use your pelvic floor and encourage healing!

From one mama to another, I am so happy you’re here! My fitness journey has been broad. I’ve dipped my toes in a little of everything from physique competitions to marathons, triathlon, half Ironman and everything in between - it’s safe to say I have a passion for moving my body! I became a personal trainer 7 years ago and have loved helping and supporting others to reach their goals. Almost four years ago with the pregnancy and birth of my first baby, I knew I wanted to take my education a step farther. I became certified and a pre/postnatal fitness specialist to be able to safely help mamas and mamas to be stay active and have healthy pregnancies and postpartum journeys. Helping mothers move their bodies, feel strong and confident or help hold them accountable is something I strive to do day in and day out, I'll be your hype girl and cheerleader on the sidelines!

Frequently asked questions

Can I start this program 4 weeks postpartum?
YES! You absolutely can start this program at 4 weeks postpartum. The goal of this program is to rehab your core, pelvic floor and start with very intentional mobility movements. I want to set you up for success as your progress in your exercises and heal during postpartum.
I'm a beginner and didn't exercise during pregnancy?
No matter how active you were in your pregnancy this is a beginner friendly program and takes you back to the basics. This is a rehab and recovery postpartum program intended to help you learn your body and learn to reconnect your core and encourage proper pelvic floor function. As always check in with your provider before starting any exercise program!
I had a c-section, is this for me?
Absolutely mama! Recovery from a caesarean is no joke and should be taken just as intentionally as a vaginal delivery. Check in with your provider about your specific birth and recovery to make sure you are cleared for stretching + mobility. This program will help encourage your core reconnection after the major abdominal surgery you just experienced and you deserver this mama!
