Back to Basics is a foundational program designed for beginners. This program is all about mastering proper form and getting into the routine of exercising regularly. Majority of exercises are body weight only or require a light set of dumbbells and light/medium resistance band. Head to the Warm-up/Mobility section and complete a warmup before starting a workout. This is super important to get blood flowing & reduce risk of injury. Workout Split Example Schedules: • Workout- Mon, Wed, Fri. Rest Tue, Thurs & Weekend • Workout- Mon, Tue, Wed. Rest for remainder of week • Workout- Mon, Tue, Thurs. Rest Wed, Fri & weekend Options are endless for whatever works best with your schedule. You can go for a walk outside or walk on a treadmill for active recovery & to improve cardiovascular endurance.
