I'm Paige, and I'm so glad you're here!
My fitness journey began when I joined the military in 2012, where I learned the value of becoming the strongest version of myself, not the smallest. I became addicted to challenging myself and dabbled in CrossFit, bodybuilding, running, yoga, obstacle course racing, Rugby, etc. I fell in love with weight training and inspired me to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
When I became a mom in 2019, I had to re-learn what it looked like to take care of myself. There was lots of trial-and-error but I didn't give up. This meant finding a simple and effective workout routine to help me stay fit for motherhood and feel my best.
This is my goal for you, to teach you how to build strength, challenge yourself, increase your energy & build healthy habits so you can be the best mom you can be! Let's crush some fitness goals together!
