Athlete Rebuild is a 4-day performance-based training program written for those looking rebuild athletic potential and those who want to become more injury resistant. This NOT a “back to basics” plan. It’s a total rebuild—one that restores lost athletic qualities like speed, power, mobility, and coordination while strengthening weak links that most traditional programs overlook.
Each week blends speed mechanics, plyometrics, tempo-driven strength work, and joint-specific resilience movements. This is a proven path to rebuild your athletic foundation from the ground up.
What You’ll Train:
✅ Top Speed & Acceleration Mechanics – Sprint drills, pogo progressions, and resisted starts to reprogram efficient sprinting patterns.
✅ Eccentric & Tempo Strength – Restore control and tendon capacity with slow eccentrics and advanced strength protocols.
✅ Mobility Through Strength – Exercises like ATG split squats, Nordics, and Poliquin step-ups reinforce joint health under load.
✅ Change of Direction & Lateral Power – Lateral bounds, crossovers, and reactive movements sharpen agility and reactivity.
✅ Upper Body Ballistics & Rotational Core – Power transfers through landmine presses, overhead tosses, and trunk-heavy auxiliaries.
