I’m Morgane, a Colorado based Fitness Professional and Mama of 2! I was born and raised in the South of France before making my way to the US in my early twenties! Growing up, I never really played sports or expressed any interest in fitness in general. Thanks to my beautiful Mama, I was able to develop an understanding for proper nutrition early on and always managed to maintain a good relationship with food. It’s not until my big move to Colorado that I began putting 2 and 2 together and started implementing a fitness routine for myself. And so the journey began... After helping countless women reach their goals and turn their lives around, I decided to create my 1:1 coaching business to help women reach amazing, long lasting results that they will be able to maintain!

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
