Hi Haley! Month 2 is here! and is a natural progression from your first month, keeping the same principle of progressive overload while adapting to everything we discussed: no jumping, easier-to-navigate gym formats, more supersets and trisets, and shorter circuits so all equipment stays close and accessible. You’ll also notice there’s no ab-roller work this month. I hope you enjoy this phase and continue to slowly but surely increase your weights whenever it feels appropriate and your body is ready for it. Let’s keep building.

I’m Morgane, a Colorado based Fitness Professional and Mama of 2! I was born and raised in the South of France before making my way to the US in my early twenties! Growing up, I never really played sports or expressed any interest in fitness in general. Thanks to my beautiful Mama, I was able to develop an understanding for proper nutrition early on and always managed to maintain a good relationship with food. It’s not until my big move to Colorado that I began putting 2 and 2 together and started implementing a fitness routine for myself. And so the journey began... Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
