As we discussed, this 4-week program includes four strength workouts per week, all designed to be under 30 minutes of focused, effective training — no fluff, just results. You’ll complete two lower body + core sessions and two upper body + core sessions each week, using only dumbbells, bands, and a bench (no big equipment needed). In addition to your strength sessions, you’ll have two steady-state cardio days — aim for a minimum of 45 minutes of power walking or any other low-impact cardio you enjoy. It’s an amazing way to boost recovery, increase endurance, and support fat loss. I hope you love this brand-new format! I’m Morgane, a Colorado based Fitness Professional and Mama of 2! I was born and raised in the South of France before making my way to the US in my early twenties! Growing up, I never really played sports or expressed any interest in fitness in general. Thanks to my beautiful Mama, I was able to develop an understanding for proper nutrition early on and always managed to maintain a good relationship with food. It’s not until my big move to Colorado that I began putting 2 and 2 together and started implementing a fitness routine for myself. And so the journey began... Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
