You’ll complete two lower body + core sessions and two upper body + core sessions each week, using only dumbbells, bands, and a bench (no big equipment needed).
In addition to your strength sessions, you’ll have two steady-state cardio days — aim for a minimum of 45 minutes of power walking or any other low-impact cardio you enjoy. It’s an amazing way to boost recovery, increase endurance, and support fat loss.
