Welcome to Self Love Sweat!!! I’m so excited to dive into this four week journey with you. I created this program because I’m a huge believer that physical fitness is just one piece of the overall pie that is our wellbeing. During the next month we will dive into mobility, strengthening, yoga, nervous system regulation, and breath work. We will move our bodies out of utter amazement and respect for all they are capable of. And we will begin to build some muscles in the process. 💁🏼♀️
This program is SUPER customizable, although I’ve designed it strategically to how I personally would love to move throughout a week. But this doesn’t mean you can’t shake this up for what is best for your schedule and body.
As you go throughout this month, some weeks you might just want to take the strengthening classes. Some weeks you might just want to take the yoga classes. You might choose to only do 2-3 rounds of the strength training instead of 4. Or you might want to add in some weights if you’re used to practicing with dumbbells.
The beauty of this program is you can really make it your own. Although I’d challenge you to at least try one full week of how it’s programmed and see what you think!
