Frequently asked questions

Do I need equipment?
Yes! But only dumbbells. I I highly recommend having one lighter set and one heavier set so you can decipher which set you might want for each individual exercise. You might always want a soft area to land for floor exercises and warm-up/cool-down exercise. This can be a yoga mat, but it can also be a carpet or rug!
Is this challenge beginner friendly?
Yes! This challenge is time-based, meaning you don’t need to worry about keeping up with repetitions. I also offer modifications or broken down methods of doing specific exercises to make them more approachable and beginner friendly. My method makes scaling each workout to fit YOUR needs easy peasy.
Do I do this at home or the gym?
The beauty of the Bite-Sized Method is it can be done anywhere! They are home-based workouts, but that also means you could easily do them at the gym. However you’ll NEVER need any equipment that you’d only fond in a gym, giving you the freedom to move wherever you like.
Can I do this while pregnant?
I have many pregnant mommas utilize my challenges/classes before/during/after pregnancy…HOWEVER - how and when people move their bodies during pregnancy is a discussion between you and your healthcare provider. Please seek out advice before participating!
How much does it cost to join in?
The first week is completely FREE! Meaning you can test it out, see if it’s for you, and decide to stay or go at no cost to you. Afterwards, you can partake in this ENTIRE challenge for only $14.99 for the 4 weeks. And if you decide you love my app and method, you can upgrade to an annual discounted subscription of $99/year.
