WELCOME to ALIVE: Full Body edition!! Maybe you’ve just completed the original ALIVE, or maybe your curiosity was simply piqued by the formatting of this program. The next 8 weeks will go down like this: ✨ There are 2 different months of 4 week programming blocks ✨ Each monthly programming block will include 3 weekly lifts and 3 weekly yoga or Pilates classes ✨ Each lifting day will be a full body circuit that takes 36 minutes to complete (that includes your 10 minute warm up and cool down) ✨ Each Yoga/Pilates day will be under 30 minutes and is a BONUS should you choose to implement active recovery ✨ Walking is not programmed in this, but it’s highly encouraged to try to walk 20-30 minutes 5-6x/week. ✨ This IS an intermediate-advanced style of programming that does include multiple movement modalities and around 45-60 minutes of TOTAL movement (if you include walking) 6x/week if you partake in all classes ✨ If you are a beginner, please begin with my Bite-Sized Sculpt or Busy Bee Strength program. Hey lovely humans! I began yoga in early 2014 after I retired from 10 years of professional swimming and coaching. I was completely burnt out and had no idea what the next season of life looked like for me. I found yoga through Instagram and began participating in challenges which led me to teach myself and learn yoga from home over the course of a year. I later on went to get my 200 hour YTT, and also completed another 120 hours of a standing acrobatics and yoga certification. I graduated from another 500 hour advanced TT in April 2020. My flows are highly focused on core strength, and syncing your breath to your movement which I believe is the foundation to a functional and sustainable practice. We will spend time creating heat by moving slowly and intentionally through poses and transitions. I can’t wait to sweat with you all!
