Definitely a little uncomfortable at first. It’s been a long time since I tried getting on my mat. I don’t know if you read all of these but my husband committed suicide March 6th of this year. And everything day has been just finding a way to survive. Even though this is like only the third time I’ve used this subscription this yesr, I’m thankful for you and all you do.
