Just a yoga mat, and blocks or a blanket if you like to practice with props. You can get creative and use stuff from around your house if you like!

This is a BEGINNER program. Keep in mind every body is different, so some days might feel extra easy, or some days might feel extra challenging depending on what your body adapts to easily/not so easily.
How to schedule the program into a week?
