What are the goals of the program? To assist anyone who is new to yoga in creating a practice and introducing them to different forms of flowing and stretching.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Show up on your mat every daily with a positive mindset and playful spirit. Donβt take yourself too seriously. π€
What do I need to participate in this program? Just a yoga mat, and blocks or a blanket if you like to practice with props. You can get creative and use stuff from around your house if you like!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This is a BEGINNER program. Keep in mind every body is different, so some days might feel extra easy, or some days might feel extra challenging depending on what your body adapts to easily/not so easily.
How to schedule the program into a week? Simply follow along with this challenge. You will practice once a day, for 7 days. Each class is 30-45 minutes in length.
