What are the goals of the program? Simply to create movement and inspire you all to return to your mats each and every day
How to schedule the program into a week? This program is for 7 consecutive days and can be done on its own, or in addition to your normal exercises routine. It only takes 10 minutes each day!
How to get the best outcome of the program? Commit to doing your best every time you show up on your mat!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? All levels and beginner friendly. As always listen to your body, and if you are pregnant or in your post partum journey, please speak to your doctor before participating.
What do I need to participate in this program? Absolutely no equipment required! You really don’t even need a yoga mat. Just a supportive space to do ground work.
