    About Morgan Tyler

    Hey lovely humans!

    I began yoga in early 2014 after I retired from 10 years of professional swimming and coaching. I was completely burnt out and had no idea what the next season of life looked like for me. I found yoga through Instagram and began participating in challenges which led me to teach myself and learn yoga from home over the course of a year. I later on went to get my 200 hour YTT, and also completed another 120 hours of a standing acrobatics and yoga certification. I graduated from another 500 hour advanced TT in April 2020. My flows are highly focused on core strength, and syncing your breath to your movement which I believe is the foundation to a functional and sustainable practice. We will spend time creating heat by moving slowly and intentionally through poses and transitions. I can’t wait to sweat with you all!

    Frequently asked questions

    Do I need any equipment?
    All you need is yourself and a yoga mat, or space to practice. Some props will be offered throughout the challenge, but most items can be found around your home!
    Who is this program for?
    Anyone! Although it is ‘targeted’ towards those who have fallen out of their yoga practice and are trying to get back on the mat. However it is all-levels and modifications and progressions will be offered throughout
    Can I do this at home?
    Yes!! This is meant to inspire a home practice and be done from your own space.
    Do I own this forever? How do I access it?
    The program is sold as a one-time purchase therefore you own it forever and have unlimited access. The program is only available on the Playbook app which is available for download on iOS and Android.
    What is the goal of this program?
    To reignite the spark in your yoga practice. This challenge is targeted at those who have fallen in a yoga rut and need inspiration to hop back on the mat. We will cover foundation, repetition and the fundamentals of yoga again.
    Do I need a Playbook subscription to access this program?
    No. Even though you will view the program in the Playbook app you only need to purchase the program. If you do want access to more content you can sign up for Playbook for $14.99/month or $99.99/year directly through this program.
