Woke up with shooting pain down my lower back and leg and after this session its much less and I can move/walk with no shooting pain!

Very relaxing and helped stretch places i didn’t know needed stretching! Wished there were a few more poses, but a great one to do if you’re leg muscles are sore/tight!
