This was so helpful. I struggle with finding a flow in my breath as I tend to hold it more then not during a move. This really helped my brain grasp the concept more!

This helps! Can you explain breathing with ab exercises? For example - leg raises. Do you exhale when you’re lifting your legs up, or lowering them?
