I'm starting this challenge in February, when I have the time to fully appreciate it, and also modified starting on day 2 based on what my body needs today and in upcoming days. Nevertheless, this was a lovely vinyasa, and I loved the build from modified to more activated/challenging. I've been practicing for a few years now, and something within me clicked during this flow to where I was able to get really nuanced and move for what felt good in my body in a whole new, much more subtle way. Amazing flow and great instruction 🙏❤️
