A level I/II Vinyasa class that has a strong focus on toning and strengthening your arms and core. One block (or something similar) is necessary!

Great strengthen exercises! I love that yoga provides low impact movement for my body, but Morgan also does a great job of incorporating strengthening exercises in her flows, best of both worlds!
