Absolutely love this class. A gentler way to open up a tight chest, shoulders and hips. Perfect for day after upper body work outs or if you just need room to breathe. I’m not a full wheeler due to herniated disc but you are such a kind teacher - not pushy at all. Encouraging us to listen to our bodies and that it’s ok to modify or regress if need be. Thank you for always having that calm voice reminding me to smile
