I thoroughly enjoyed this challenge Morgan, really brought me back to my connection with breath work and made me realise how important it is to integrate it into my daily life.. My mood for the past 7 days has been much more balanced and I've noticed I crave this silence every morning. Thank you! Would love to see more meditations on your app ❤

I’ll definitely be continuing and repeating these. My anxiety levels decreased so much by actually resting, it’s amazing
