Omg FAVE!! I haven’t done very many of the yoga practices (yet) but this particular one is absolutely my favorite so far!! It’s restorative, stretching, relaxing, my absolute perfect practice, love love loved it!🧘🏼‍♀️

I had a little bit of a tough time today, as I have extremely tight hips. Would have loved an alternative to pigeon pose for folks who aren’t able to get into that pose. 🙂

Such a better way to get into pigeon compared to other ways I’ve seen before. Such a deceptively hard one for me and this sequence made it a lot more obvious that my front leg has been in the wrong position my whole yoga life. It was like I was doing it for my first time! Sorry hips

Second time doing this challenge and it felt just as good as the first time!!

Day 1 once again,  I felt like I was doing it for the first time 😄, but that's OK cause by now I really know how every time could be different and I enjoyed witnessing the changes. Thanks Morgan 🌿

Wow, I think this was my 15th time doing this, and I was able gor the first time to do the cresent lung without modification. I was very happy. Thanks Morgan 🌿

I am glad I read my last comment before I decided to practice or not. The practice was smooth and energetic. I enjoyed how confident I got to feel in comparison with previous times. This program is one of the best things I stuck to. Thanks Morgan 🌿

In the beginning, I thought about not continuing after the first round, but then I remembered that it was gonna be quick, and it was quicker than I thought and more fun. I am glad I showed up again.  Thanks Morgan 🌿

This was challenging and just the right reminder to continue. I am glad I finished this program one more time. and this time in 5 days, joining 2 practices in one day so I won't practice on the weekend. Thank you, Morgan 🌿
