Hi Morgan, I can get into this if I stand on the balls of my feet with heels up so that the knees are pressed out and not caving in, but as soon as I flatten feet onto ground my knees want to cave in. My groin feels like it’s Reaaally stretching but I’m not loose enough to flatten feet. Are there any recommendations you have?
