I loved this practice! It was my first time doing one of your yin practices, and I loved starting with those gentle, restorative poses โ I feel like it really helped me get into the right headspace for the rest of the practice. Loved the vinyasa flow that followed, and I really appreciated how easy it was to modify โ doing exercises from the first round in the second round. More like this please!! ๐โค๏ธ
