This one had me literally dripping sweat! I fell out of a few things, but I laughed and learned a little more about my body. Still donโt understand how pistol squats are possible...but Iโll get them one day!

So proud that I kept up with the whole class (except the pistol squats ๐ ) I could not believe I pulled off tree pose in a side Plank! Thanks for pushing my limits and making me realize I'm stronger than I think I am
