Welcome to Gym Vol. 2! This program is my bread and butter. It’s how I’ve trained for years and incorporates a lot of my favorite movements and training methods. This is a few steps up in intensity from Gym Vol. 1 — still focusing on progressive overload, while maximizing strength and hypertrophy. Here I’ve incorporated quite a few supersets and drop-sets into each workout. These will increase and get more intense as the weeks progress. They’re designed to BURN and push your limits! This program is as hard as you choose to make it, so push yourself!! You GOT this . Here’s what to expect: — 4 week program (gym access recommended) — 5 days of workouts per week — 60 - 90 minutes per session (not including cardio) — A typical “bodybuilder” split (2 lower body days, 3 upper body/core days per week) — The goal is to be increasing the weights you’re using throughout the program!

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
