Hii friends!! So excited you’re here, welcome to Gym Volume 1. Whether you’re newer to the gym or more experienced, I think this is a great place to start if you love strength training. This program is focused around the idea of progressive overload, with a focus on building strength and muscular hypertrophy in an approachable way. Here’s what to expect: — 4 week program (gym access recommended) — 5 days of workouts per week — 60-90 minutes per session — 2 upper body days, 2 lower body days, & 1 full body day per week — The goal is to be increasing the weights you’re using throughout the program! I designed this program using the principles that I personally have seen results with in my own journey. Keep in mind that it is as challenging as you make it. Push yourself and you’ll be SO surprised what you can do!! You GOT this. Also, remember that this program doesn’t have to be a 1 and done! You can repeat this program as many times as you’d like while continuing to apply the concept of progressive overload — or, once you’re done you can head over to Gym Vol. 2 :)
