WHY a deload week? Progress doesn’t actually happen during training - it happens when your body repairs from it! A deload week is exactly what it sounds like.. it allows your muscles, joints, nervous system, and mind to 'deload' and fully recover so you can come back stronger, energized, and ready to progress again. Think of this as: - less volume - lighter weights - slower tempo - more mobility - more recovery You are not losing progress this week. You are locking it in!!!
