Finally got out for a 3 mile walk after being snowed in for 4 days! It felt sooooo good to get the heart pumping and legs moving. I don't like being cooped up at all!

I did about an hour and 20 minute hike it was about 4 to 5 miles, with hills! I carried about 6 to 10 lbs on me which I wore on my ankles and around my waste. I got up a good sweat and heart beat!โค๏ธ Overall, it was fun hanging out with nature!๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฟ
