I loved the arm portion of this workout!πͺ Hated the ab portion lol my back is sooo skinny that my spine sticks out. So when I do weighted planks, the weight presses on my spine and by the 3rd to 4th set by spine is bruised and killing me!π’ But I pushed through and finished strong!π
