Only one request: replace the freestyle heavy bag video with a new one that shows all the listed combos at least once. 1-1-2 is ironically one of the ones I’m most confused about for execution and I couldn’t find any videos on it. Also I already forget whether you did this or not, but for each kind of punch/combo, could you explain the form we should have (especially transition from one punch to another)? Still these are great!!
