Another amazing workout. I feel like I’ve been reduced into a puddle!
I did have some trouble with some of these as I have an old knee injury so I couldn’t finish all the sets. Looking forward to trying this again in a few weeks to see how much I’ve improved my strength

By the time I got to the 4 set of exercises I was spent but pushed through. I've never sweat this much 👍
