Workout was good! Been awhile since I’ve been at it but good to be back. I Peloton and Row for cardio. I have arthritis in my L. Knee so these are what’s comfortable for me now. I grew up weight lifting and then got into CrossFit so trying to find workouts and weights I’m most comfortable with has been challenging. I’ve had a lot of set back physically and mentally but happy to find something that’s working for me now.
