Didn't have the machine for the last set so I did goblet squats and then double kettle bell walks forward and backwards- sweating like crazy so I felt it works!

GOAL
We’re thickening the density of your abdominal wall for a proper 6-pack. My favorite exercise for abs, ever. 

DETAILS
1. Use a close grip attachment and pick a challenging weight. 
2. Get on your hands and knees and walk back about 6 feet from the machine. 
3. Squeeze your elbows around your head. 
4. Hover over the space ahead of you. 
5. Begin by crunching the belly button into the spine. 
6. Find your balance and isolate the ab crunch. 
7. Avoid pushing the hips back towards your feet as you crunch.

Cable Crunch

GOAL 
Build some killer obliques with this one. These can help with the "V" that everyone is obsessed with, but can also add a little width to your sides so find the balance you want.

DETAILS
1. Feet are shoulder width apart, posture is perfect and upright. Butt n gut squeezed. 
2. With a dumbbell in one hand. Bend to that side. Pretend you're a lil organic, frosted pastry in a toaster. Don't bend back or forward because your golden skin will get burned. 
3. As you're bending to the side, don't push the hips to the side either. Everything is stationary, just the torso is compressed. You are not wiggling those hips. 
4. Return to starting position and repeat each side.

Side Bends

Ab circuit 🔥

GOAL
Rotational abs for those V-lines

DETAILS
1. Get in a perfect plank position aka feet together, crunch belly button in, squeeze butt with elbows under shoulders. 
2. Begin by dropping the hip to one side maintaining the perfect plank position. 
3. Don’t arch your lower back, instead round it by crunching your abs. 
4. Exhale on the down and repeat side to side.

- Crunch Belly Button

- Squeeze Butt

Hip Drops

GOAL
Lower ab shredder - lift with the abs, not the hips 

DETAILS
1. Lay with your legs straight up, point your toes like a ballerina and glue your lower back to the floor.
2. Keeping your arms straight by your sides, or under your hips, slowly lower your legs to the floor until your lower back begins to arch. 
3. Mind muscle connect to your abs and crunch your abs to return to the starting position.
