What results can I expect in 4 weeks?
Boost. A back that actually shows up in a baggy tee. Burn Notice is made to turn on definition and boost blood flow. You’ll notice it most in your upper body and midsection—but the glow-up hits everywhere. Expect to feel tighter, stronger, and more “damn, I’m doing this.”
Is this for beginners or advanced lifters?
Yep. Doesn’t matter if it’s Day 1 or year 10—this challenge is programmed to get you results. Every workout has progression built in. You’ll get coaching cues, regressions, and tips for leveling up when you’re ready to push the gas.
What equipment do I need?
Got a gym membership? Great. Training from home? Still works. All you need is dumbbells, a couple resistance bands, and your body. The home version is still lethal when it comes to efficiency.
How long are the workouts?
Each session is about 60 minutes of targeted fire. This ain’t a 15-minute TikTok ab burner. It’s structured training that actually boosts vascularity and muscle. It is well worth it, trust me.
What’s the focus of this program?
Full-body hypertrophy with a spotlight on three MVPs: → Core activation [because abs are made by training, not just kitchen hacks] → Shoulder stability [so you don’t fold like a lawn chair] → Posterior chain [glutes, hamstrings, back—your power zone]
How does the challenge work?
I love picking winners based off engagement + support, not just looks. So yes, you will take a before//after image, but the ones who show up everyday are high up in the ranking. We are looking for people who will submit their images, post on socials + support our community. It’s not all about aesthetics, rather, just putting in the work baby.
Can I do this program if I’m also doing cardio or another sport?
Totally. Just don’t overdo it. Burn Notice is your main strength block. You can layer in light cardio, your sport, or walking—but don’t fry your nervous system trying to do it all. Results need recovery too.
What if I miss a workout?
No one’s taking attendance. Just get back in, catch up if you want, or move on. Progress > perfection. Always.
Do I need to track my calories or follow a diet?
Nope. But if you want to get vascular faster? Nutrition science matters. You’ll get app-based guidance to help you eat for results—not restriction. We will kick off the challenge with an ideal day to outline your suggested meals + habits.
