The Fighter (n): well-rounded program for turtle shell abs, v-lines, vascular biceps, bulletproof chest, strong legs, capped delts, and a wide back to make the hips look smaller.
I literally love this programming - we focus on compound lifts for strength gains, accessory movements for hyper defined muscles and conditioning to torch fat.
Does the workouts require any equipment? Yes - this is built for a gym primarily. So a barbell, dumbbells, cables, a heavy bag, and resistance bands are helpful.
If you don’t have equipment - opt for the DB Edition or the Stronger at Home.
What’s the main goal for your workouts? Overload your body with a heavy compound lift, tighten up the physique with accessory work and burn fat with conditioning.
