The Four Step Process

This is designed to unlock the aggravated muscles, mobilize joints for smooth movement, strengthen muscles to protect your spine and retract vertebra to reduce disc herniation. I will be walking you through a four step process to do at home or in the gym to help strengthen, protect and reduce lower back pain.
  • Level 1: Mash the psoas, glutes, hip flexors, + quads to help relieve tension on the lower back.
  • 
Level 2: Mobilize the hips, ankles + shoulders to unravel improper movement patterns.
  • Level 3: Strengthen your erectors + learn proper pelvic positioning to increase core strength.
  • Level 4: Retract your vertebra to improve posture + disc health.

Yes, most of these exercises can be done watching Netflix with a yoga mat at home. Then you can do the strengthening portion in your next workout.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
If you’re at home, you may want to get a Pso-Rite and yoga mat.
