This program is for anyone looking to tone up and build their glutes. NOT for anyone who have injuries that still affect their training.
What do I need to participate in this program?
Resistance bands (long and short), dumbbells, jump rope- however there many body weight exercises as well.

Each workout has a workout day on it, however you may change the off days that fit your schedule best.
