Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? This program is for anyone looking to tone up and build their glutes. NOT for anyone who have injuries that still affect their training.
What do I need to participate in this program? Resistance bands (long and short), dumbbells, jump rope- however there many body weight exercises as well.
How to schedule the program into a week? Each workout has a workout day on it, however you may change the off days that fit your schedule best.
How to get the best outcome of the program? By performing each workout as instructed and giving it your all.
What are the goals of the program? To help you gain more confidence, tone up your body, build bigger glutes π, lean muscle and stronger core.
