To get the most of this program: 1. Please complete workouts on intended days. ( 4 workouts per week & 1 active rest day) 2. Make sure you’re ALWAYS eating within a 30min window after your workout. ( I personally have a protein shake within 20 mins followed by a meal about 45min-1hr later) 3.
