Hi all! I’m Molena, Lena for short. I’m a certified pilates instructor who specializes in mat pilates, yogalates (yoga + pilates), and making people feel beautiful and confident. I encourage self-love and self-acceptance. Although I teach pilates and yogalates, the most important thing I want you to learn from is loving the heck out of yourself in whatever fitness stage you are in. In practicing Pilates, I preach a holistic view of fitness. Fitness isn’t just about burning calories or lifting heavy weights. It’s about having a healthy mindset, healthy spine, healthy joints and the freedom to move through life without injury.
