This 21 Days Pilates Challenge is designed for busy people on the go! It does not matter how long you workout. What matters is how effective your workout is. Enjoy Pilates classes ranging from 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or 25 minutes. All workouts are less than 30 minutes and this enough to see results! We will be working different parts of your entire body, creating strength, and beautiful muscle definition through fine toning Pilates method. About Lena Macduff

Hi all! I’m Molena, Lena for short. I’m a certified pilates instructor who specializes in mat pilates, yogalates (yoga + pilates), and making people feel beautiful and confident. I encourage self-love and self-acceptance. Although I teach pilates and yogalates, the most important thing I want you to learn from is loving the heck out of yourself in whatever fitness stage you are in. In practicing Pilates, I preach a holistic view of fitness. Fitness isn’t just about burning calories or lifting heavy weights. It’s about having a healthy mindset, healthy spine, healthy joints and the freedom to move through life without injury.
