What skill level is this for? -This is for all skill levels. Some of the footwork and skills may be hard for beginners but if you mess up keep trying until you perfect it. The intensity you do it at will be the deciding difference of your level
What should I do on rest days? -try to recover on rest days and eat healthy. Make sure to stretch and go for a light jog to get the legs moving. Use a foam roller if you have one.
What happens when I complete the program? - Once you complete the program you can continue on for a second month or start a new program. I will be adding new programs monthly.
What are the goals of the program? Get fit in 4 weeks and get more comfortable with the ball.
