Who is my training app for?
My app is crafted for individuals at every fitness level, accommodating both beginners and seasoned gym-goers. You have the flexibility to customize the intensity to your preferences, but I recommend striving to complete the recommended reps and sets for optimal results.
Can I complete the workouts on your app at home?
No, my workouts are gym-based. It requires access to gym equipment for optimal results.
Does my app come with meal suggestions?
Yes, after the 7 day free trial, you will be sent a meal suggestions eBook crafted by yours truly. Nutrition is 80% of the game so I certainly advise checking out my meal suggestions e-book and adjusting it per your nutritional preferences.
Is my app only for women?
No, because there is no such thing as "gender-specific exercises;" my app is suitable for individuals of all genders.
How often should I do the workouts?
I am currently on a 4-day split, so I'd advise completing each day of my workouts and maybe place a day or two between the leg days.
What if I find the workouts on the app too challenging?
You can decrease the amount of reps and sets or if you find an exercise too challenging please let me know in the community chat so that I can provide an alternative.
