As a personal trainer for the past 32 years, my passion lies in helping women over 40 who are navigating the challenging phases of perimenopause and menopause.
When I was in my mid 30’s I had so many women in their 40’s come to me struggling with fatigue, weight gin ( especially in their midsection) and a host of weird symptoms I knew nothing about… But I was determined to find out what was going on with these women!
I researched and studied and realized that they were going through perimenopause and it would take a special approach to get them the results they wanted. What worked in their 20’s and even 30s was not going to work now as their hormones were changing so drastically.
I became a certified menopause specialist, and can now fully understand the unique struggles they face, from weight gain and muscle loss to persistent fatigue and emotional instability. These challenges can be overwhelming, but my mission is to provide the guidance, support, accountability and tailored fitness programs they need to regain their strength, energy, confidence…And waistlines!
Working with these incredible women is immensely rewarding. I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing the transformations of hundreds of women firsthand as they overcome the physical and emotional hurdles of menopause. It's inspiring to see them commit to their fitness goals, pushing through the tough days and celebrating their progress. Whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, improving sleep, or simply feeling more energized and positive, every milestone they achieve is a testament to their determination and resilience.
