    About Matt & Pam Munson

    Online personal trainer

    Hey all! We are Matt and Pam Munson. We have been athletes our whole lives. And, we have been training and coaching people in fitness, strength and health since 2006...almost 20 years! We've trained literally 1000s of people over the years, both online and in person. What we love more than anything else is helping, for lack of a better term, 'regular folks' find fitness or get back into it. We are in our 50s and we know ALL the struggles and perils of balancing family and work and fitness, as well as what training and fitness is like as you age. We know the struggle is real and we want to share with you our knowledge and passion. Here's the thing...fitness and health doesn't have to be complicated. Most people overthink it. We keep it simple. We employ what works best!
