Put it somewhere you will be able to see it everyday to remind you what and when you have to workout. Grab a pencil, write on the planner: Month + what days and time you are going to be working out.

Below I also added "affirmation of the week" same thing here, write it down and repeat it to yourself 5x out loud. I have found that positive self talk specially in the morning gives you a boost of energy and confidence to crush the day. Change it each week.
