Our challenge is perfect for women who are overweight and want to improve their fitness and overall health. The workouts are low-impact, so you won't have to worry about injuring your knees, hips, or other joints. But just because the workouts are low-impact doesn't mean they won't be effective - our exercises are designed to help you burn fat, become stronger, and get in shape. In addition to helping you lose weight, the workouts can also have a positive impact on your day-to-day life. Exercise has been shown to boost mood, reduce stress, and increase energy levels. By incorporating my workouts into your routine, you can start feeling better both physically and emotionally. Let's work together to achieve your goals and transform your life! 1st Note: you can repeat the plan twice or three times to get the best out of the program. 2nd Note: I set up the days for you Monday-Thursday but if you want to change it because it doesn’t go with your schedule that’s okay. The goal is to move 4x a week.

About Misael Echenique

Wellness Online Coach

Hi there! My name is Misael and I’m super thrilled you’re here to move with me. I’ve been training for the past 8 years alongside helping others achieve their Wellness goals via online and my personal training facility based in NJ. I started training back in high school because I didn't have enough confidence within myself so I looked outwardly to achieve progress there which I did. That wasn't enough though, I still felt empty even after achieving my physical results and that's where I had a mental shift in my "fitness" philosophy and started to move not to look a certain way but to feel a certain way. Move for the wellbeing of my mind, and to not let fitness be my life but a part in it. That's when the gym, home workouts, running, moving felt great again! That's where I came up with the idea of "Agathos" Agathos is all about connecting our body and mind through motion. The goal is to engage the body in a meaningful way and to use movement as a tool to create a sense of wellbeing. That's the purpose of my app.

If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, you may be skeptical about mine. But we here to tell you, we guarantee you’ll get the results you want with the app. Why? We have a one of the top trainers here to train you. We don’t give you one-off programs of PDF documents with no assistance. Our trainer adds new programs (with interactive, explanatory videos) on a daily basis. Our content is new, fresh, and ever-changing to keep you motivated and ready to work! Plus, if you need help, Misael is always here for you. You can message him directly if you have any questions, feedback, or simply want to share your success.
I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Misael will can help you move. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, one of the top trainers coach Misael will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
You will not need equipment for some of my programs but I do advice to get a pair of 5lbs-10lbs dumbbells and a resistance band. The reason would to have more variety within your monthly workouts and to challenge yourself.
