About Miranda Criner

Hi, I'm Miranda. I grew up in Utah & moved to Texas at 19 (took long enough). Growing up in Utah consisted of lots of hiking, running, biking, and more running (which I am really not complaining about, I swear!). I have always had a love for moving and challenging my body. I got into fitness training (not just running and hiking) when I was living on my own in Texas. I didn't have much to do and didn't have much money to spend, so off to the gym I went! I had a lot of amazing people around the gym that helped guide me through the equipment & how it works. That fueled my passion to become a coach and help others do the same. I became a Health Coach and Personal Trainer. I met my husband (who is also a workout junky, SCORE!) and gained two bonus babies (Cash & Cal) and then had a baby of our very own (Cooper)! After having an unexpected C-section, my fitness journey went from waving a flag on a mountain top to the bottom of Mount Everest (or so it felt). Thus began a new journey and a new passion: have a sexy 'mom bod' & find a way to release pent-up emotions, depression, and overwhelming feelings from being a new mom to a newborn and helping raise two boys during COVID. I want to help other moms, other women for that matter, be their best selves! I'm here to create a community of goal crushers, go-getters, & fierce mamas who show up the best way possible to be the best woman, mama, wife, sister, friend, etc. they can possibly be.
